Reasonably priced room for rent in my home, bathroom you are free to use is technically a public restroom however you will be the only one using it as i have a bathroom attached to the master bedroom. Large garage to store items as well as a basement and large kitchen. You will have access to every area of the house except my office and bedroom. Home is nice. however it is in need of some minor updates and upgrades which will take place while you are living here. Any reasonable requested updates to the property for your benefit will be satisfied. Great place to move into on short notice as house is fully furnished. You will need to provide bedroom furniture as that is not provided. Cable is available. Right now all I have is internet but a cable package can be purchased upon request. All utilities will be split down the middle. AC cooled and includes washer and dryer available for use.
