Hello! Updated end of August :-) I’m Bruno - really great place I just rented that has 4 bedrooms, 1-3/4 bath, great kitchen, easy parking, nice neighborhood. I am just getting started moving in here, so I am looking for someone who wants to build a home with me for a little while. I’m looking to make a minimalist place, no shoes, a lot of coziness with colors, quiet, comfortable, healthy food, healthy energy, and a place for growing! I love plants, I love to talk about the world and travel. I speak Portuguese and Spanish, and I’m an American guy. It’s a great place to land here in East Downtown! It is a very quiet tree-lines not-main road that is near parks, Kroger, coffee shops. If you know EaDO, you know it’s near everything! The address is just down the street from Sanctuary Lofts, so you can check it out. What more do you want to know? It is still just me here! Since there are 4 bedrooms, I am 100% open to ideas of how to use this great place together. I have had a lot of really simple requests about this place - 99% have not shown up to see it, or were asking questions that are listed in my writing.
