Room for rent in Mukilteo in top floor condo. The location is just minutes from Boeing and Mukilteo ferry terminal. The unit has been recently renovated with all hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, updated bathroom sink, counters and shower.

Condo is fully furnished and rent includes cable, internet and utilities (water, trash, etc). The bathroom is shared bathroom and kept very clean, but private room does include vanity with sink. The private room is also equipped with two closets and furnished with wall mounted TV, king size sleep number bed & night stands. You’re welcome to bring your own bed if you’d like. A bed frame will provided if you opt to use bed that is currently in the room.

I keep a clean house and rarely have guests over. I don’t smoke or vape and am looking for a tenant who doesn’t either. I currently work from home, so I will need it quiet during working hours (7:30-4:00). I’m a big gamer, so I spend most of my time at home at my computer in my room. Have a pretty active social life as well and am often not at home in the evenings.
