John's room

The property is a house located right in the heart of Hoboken and by the stevens campus. The house is majority held by students at Stevens who are a part of the Kappa Sigma fraternity.

Our house is filled up with 17 total great guys who are all studying currently at Stevens. Not everyone living in the house is a part of the fraternity. We offer a private and furnished room, no deposit, and a location right in the middle of hoboken! There are the occasional events held at this location but they are not much of a distraction.
