Fernando's room

Located in a newer part of elk grove. Lots of parks and trees in a safe neighborhood with great neighbors. Less than 5 minutes from a Walmart and Costco and tons of food and other stores. Roomates are nice and understanding. Drama-free household. 4 bedroom house and 2 and a half bathroom. 1/½ bathrooms are located just a couple feet from the bedroom that is for rent. We prefer no dogs or cats due to the fact that we have 2 dogs and a cat. Smaller enclosed animals are okay. Preferably no fulltime children(Adult household with adult language) Security deposit is negotiable.

Everyone is very independent and live their own lives, but aren’t afraid to converse or offer help if they can.
