I have one room available for rent in a house, in the city of Pomona. Available August 1st. Perfect for students. Rent is $745, with a $745 deposit, month to month. We would share the bathroom and kitchen only. Utilities and wifi are included. The property is gated, you would have a parking space. There are outdoor security cameras. No laundry on site. I do have two small dogs I would need a roommate to be comfortable with. I would take care of them, but I would need someone who isn’t allergic and who doesn’t mind getting sniffed at and barked at during the first week of getting to know you. They do not like men, that’s why I am stating women only for this room. No other fur pets please, can have fish though. I would need a roommate that pays on time and that is clean. The room is provided with a wardrobe and a pantry.

I expect my roommate to be mindful of everyone in the house, to be mindful of water and electric usage. I would provide all the paper towels and toilet paper, so I would need a roommate to be mindful of that as well. I would do all the main cleaning around the house. There is a wall ac that would be turned on when needed. Landlord is on property in a back unit.

I will be attending school online. I work day and night shifts. There is one other female roommate who attends school as well. Looking for a great roommate that pays on time, quiet, clean and respectful of others and property. Who gets a long with my two fur babies.

Once we chat we can set up a day to do a walk through, we would go over what to expect and show the rental agreement and the roommate agreement.
