• Each room house a flat screen mounted on the wall. with ac access to Netflix. hulu etc with the included roku remote. -The room comes fully furnished, is full, and is a bunk you may use for guests, or if you want to rent the room out with someone else to reduce your costs -There is a washer and dryer, newly renovated -The kitchen has two fridges, and two microwaves -You will be sharing one bathroom with one other tenant (me) -There are also 9 mini lockers in case you have valuables you would like to keep locked up -There is gated front yard space with a table and chairs as well as space to lay out and tan -There is also a smoking section behind the house, or could be used as extra lounging space

Hi! I am a 27 year old female working two jobs. I am extremely easygoing, clean, and quiet. I am sober, but do not mind being around those who are not. I am a busy person so you would have a lot of privacy in this home. The other tenant is in her 50s, and is a flight attendant so she would be home for only about half of each month. She is very clean, friendly, high energy but also quiet, and loves to cuddle with her two kitties.
