Just bought new home a year ago I am widowed 70 years old don’t play games very upfront. I will not allow overnighters or party people in this house if you need to party you go there. This rental is for sleeping and just being yourself and being quiet I do not want smokers or alcoholics or druggies and want a clean person that cares and respects others and self and rent on time!
