400 non refundable deposit due before move in. 600 for rent due on move in date/ every months on that day 250 for utility due by the 14th of every month. Roomate must be able to clean up after themselves. Must be okay living with children and dogs. Pet considered

2 adult and two children living at the home we are very big home bodys we don’t go alot of places and we like to stay inside and watch TV .
