Residents must be under an income cap. This is the maximum pretax income you can make and apply to live here. You cannot make more than $5,000 taxable income per year and apply to live here.

STUDENTS: All financial aid is exempt. This means your scholarship, grants, loans (all un-taxed education related income) are not added to your income for the limit.

Application: There is an application process including lots of paperwork. It takes 2-3 weeks depending on how good you are at paperwork.

Costs per month: $600 Includes everything, utilities, internet, rent, etc.

Deposit: 1 months rent ($600) Refundable.

Commitment: 1 year minimum.

Parking: Free street parking a few blocks away. Many paid garages available nearby.

Smoking: No smoking within 100’ of the complex. Building rules are strict with fines.

Location: Downtown Portland, the pearl district, a few blocks from tanner springs park. Max station is 3 blocks, 5min walk. The neighborhood is very nice, filled with restaurants, cafe’s, shops, 5min walk to Safeway. It is a safe, family area. Police station is 2blocks away. PSU:1.5mi, 20m walk, 15m max, 10m bike, 5m car. UofP:6mi,40m max, 30m bike, 20m car.

Apartment Features: Large floor to ceiling windows that fill the rooms with light. High Ceilings- 8’9“ Full size Fridge, dish washer, microwave, oven Ceiling Fan Large, Bedroom Closet with shelves built in.

Furnishings: The apartment is furnished, but the bedroom is not.

Amenities: Laundry on every floor. Fitness Room- Bicycle Parking – 2 large bike rooms

Roommate agreement: You will need to be ok with signing a roommate agreement.

Pets: 40 lb. Limit, no aggressive breeds. The deposit for a dog is $600, cats $400, caged animals $100.- no pet rent or other fees. I love animals, but I would need to meet any pets and get to know them a little before moving forward. Max 1 pet. Building rules.

About Me: I am a male marine biologist in my mid 30’s. I spent many years overseas and I enjoy chatting about traveling. I speak lots of languages and enjoying practicing. I’m an extrovert. I love the outdoors. I’m also a science nerd. I enjoy cooking. I’m clean, but not a neat freak. I usually clean once a week on the weekend for an hour or two.
