Robyn's room

Im looking for someone to fill my second bedroom in the north end of Boise, only a mile from downtown boise. It is a short walk to hyde park, camels back, the Boise co-op, and more. Im a very artsy person, usually just mind my business, hang out, and work. Rent is $895 per person and wifi and power are split evenly. I have a service dog and one ESA cat who are both registered and so sweet. I dont mind more animals in the space as long as they are taken care of and friendly to other animals also. Im looking for a respectful roommate where we can have a cute yet clean space. Once my current roommate moves out there will be space for whoever moves in to decorate as well! Hoping for someone with similar style to mine. Id love to meet up for coffee and show ya the place! (:

this is a two bedroom one bathroom property, I occupy one bedroom and the only other tenant would be whoever decides to rent the room!
