It Is the master bedroom on the first floor shared living room and kitchen. Roomer will have their own room and bathroom. No smoking allowed in the home smoking has to be outside..only (1) cat is welcomed allowed children friendly females only provide their own food. Internet included. Sometimes there is a lot of noise because of my 7 year old son so hopefully person is okay with a kid friendly environment and if they have children one to two children Max is welcome. It will be a contract for 30 days for each 30 days that pass where I give you 30 days max if there is rules broken and I will politely give you time to leave and if need be. I always would like to let people know that I do have a camera set up for the safety of my child and myself in my home and for others that upset I’m a pretty easy going person I work 10 hour shifts during the day all weekend. There is absolutely no need for the roomer. To come up stairs I will only allow females with or without children. You are allowed to have one to two people Max for company no overnighters please respect my space and my wishes as I will do you, ☺️
