Malley Drive

Summary: Move-in ready with furnitures (bulk price purchase from me), lease takeover, 1,000 sq ft 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. I will be a roommate until I find a smaller place. Move-in flexible June 25 - July 1.

The apartment is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath (one ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom) in Aspen Park Apartments. I am currently living there and the place comes furnished, and I would prefer someone who could buy the furnitures from me as a move-in ready deal. The lease would be a lease take over as I will be moving out, until then I could be a roommate who will take the guest bedroom. The place is 1,000 sq ft. Very spacious with a balcony. I left a Google Review on Google for “Aspen Park Apartments” and there’s more details about the apartment there. Overall, I found the maintenance and admin people very responsive. It’s a quiet neighborhood. I am pretty happy with it because it’s a nice balance of not-too-expensive and decent-size-decent-price category.

I have a dog, and the apartment is very pet friendly (pet rent is $30/month, $200 pet fee if you have a dog too).

I can transfer all the internet and electricity bill to you. Other utilities are charged by the apartment management a few days before the beginning of the month.

I am a Canadian who is looking to move back to Canada soon and would like to downsize my life in preparation for that move. I currently work as a scientist in food science. I’m 37 but young spirited, and easy going, friendly, laid back. My dog is Rafi and he is a lab mix service dog. Well behaved.
