Located in the heart of Henderson near Green Valley Ranch, 3 minutes from the 215 to take you anywhere in the city. Quiet neighborhood, 2 car garage and finished backyard. Street parking available as well as a spot in the garage will be available. This bedroom has an open closet, ceiling fan and a lock on the door. Jack and Jill bathroom right next to the room will be used as your own. It has a shower, bathtub, and vanity sink. The shared living quarters will be furnished.

Renters insurance, proof of employment/student status, & background check will be required.

Looking for working females only to share this space. There is currently one roommate already in the house. Looking for one other female who enjoy privacy and have respect for others. Trying to create the perfect atmosphere for all roommates living in the house, so they feel safe and secure.
