The apartment is located in the incredibly beautiful and walkable City Park West Neighborhood. Just a few blocks from 17th avenue Restaurant Row and City Park, this apartment is great for someone new to Denver who wants to explore and get to know the city. The apartment is also only a 30 minute walk from the Ball Park District where there are lots of opportunities to live the night-life. The apartment itself features a dishwasher, a new refrigerator, gas stove, and already-furnished living room. There is a shared laundry room that is very easy to use and the neighbors in this building are incredibly friendly. I do not have pictures included here, but I will be adding them soon!
