About the room
I’m currently looking for a roommate. I own a 1400sq ft 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhome in Wheat Ridge off of 44th and Kipling. It’s a quiet neighborhood convenient to downtown and Golden. It’s a block from the Clear Creek trail that leads Golden.
Flexible on lease term.
The rent is $1300 a month with all utilities included you’d have your own room and bathroom.
Females only. Non-smokers
The parking is street parking in front of my home. It is always available.
About the roomies
About me: I’m a cardiology technologist at a large downtown hospital. I’m pretty easy going, respectful and like to keep a clean home. I have 2 pets. A 7yo male Maltese shih tzu mix named Monty and a 3 year old shih tzu named Clare.
Both animals are very sweet and love affection. I would be open to having another small dog if they get along with other animals. If you have any questions just send me a message!
