Private bedroom in a charming 2 bed 1.5 bath townhouse available for rent from 8/4/22! The two story townhouse features a spacious living room, a study, a large kitchen, front and back decks, a large backyard and 1.5 baths. There’s on site laundry and parking included and more storage than you’ll ever need! There is a swimming pool in the complex and a YMCA within 2 mins driving distance/10 minute walking distance. The current lease is up to Feb but can be extended to as long as you like. The landlord does not allow any pets or smoking on property. I like to keep the space clean and organized and would appreciate a roommate who contributes equally to chores around the house. The living room is furnished but the bedroom is unfurnished.
