Louis's room

I have two bedrooms available starting August 1st, but there is a door that attaches both rooms. Whoever moves in, can have both rooms to use as they see fit (ideally one could be used for a bedroom and the other a living space for your TV or whatever else, as I’ve already furnished my living room and have my TV down there, so with a potential roommate having two rooms, we could be out of each other’s way when both home). During the afternoon and evening, however, the living room would be free while I’m at work, I just ask to be careful and respectful with my things.

My rent is $1522 per month, so I’d ask a roommate for $700 and to split the utilties and internet bill.

I work every day except Thursdays and Sunday, from around 3:00-4:00pm until late at night.

I have two cats who aren’t a bother, their litter boxes are in the basement. I’m really not a difficult person to live with so long as you clean up after yourself. Prefer someone who doesn’t throw parties or have more than 3 people over at a time, and like I said, I’d prefer that to be up your two rooms.
