I’m excited to share there are two bedrooms available with a bathroom. The bathroom can be private if you get both rooms or shared if you bring a friend. There is one other room which is occupied in this 3 bedroom 2 bath condo.

The rent is $1200 month to month for each unit or $2300 for both on a single contract month to month. If annual lease it’s $1100 per month for each or $2100 for both rooms. I will be preferring situations where I can get a single contract for both rooms.

These rooms and entire condo have brand new wood laminate floors a large common area, large private bedrooms, including big windows, a common sliding glass door to the balcony overlooking the pool. On site pool, BBQ grills, laundry is available, room mates equally share their portion of the wifi and electric bill for each of the total 3 rooms. The landlord pays the HOA fees which include maintenance, garbage, water, and city bill.

The Forest Glen condo complex is secured with security gates, a remote is available to park inside the gate.

The rooms will both be available to view starting on July 2.

There is one female college student in her own room with her own bathroom. She’s lived comfortably for the past year. She prefers a tenant who is also neat and tidy.

I’m the landlord and I live in Oceanside about 10 minutes away. I leave the tenants alone for the most part and let them.

Successful contract will include: First full months rent $500 security deposit Credit score of 650+ Pet deposit of $200 for cat or Guinea pig Past rental history /Background check
