I have One master bedroom, double closet, carpet freshly cleaned and painted on a raised cape in a one family house in quiet area for rent in Waterbury near the park where you can go exercise, play basketball or meet new people in the early morning before work and start your day, close to many businesses and route 84. Parking is on the street -during winter months parking is on the ODD numbers, laundry must be done outside in a laundromat, there will be a lease agreement with this rental if at least 12 months, No storage in the property available other than your rental room space.
