hello :) Single female early 30s, seeking to rent a room in my spacious 3bd / 3bath home - the shower is shared - home is 2000sq foot plus finished basement with a huge garden, fenced in backyard, bon fire pit, large kitchen with storage, 2 dining areas, washer and dryer in the basement, plenty of storage rooms (attic and basement), free easy parking located in front of my house in the heart of Downtown Frederick just a 6 min walk to Baker Park and 2 min walk to Market Street. The street is very quiet & safe. Downtown is at your fingertips here in this big cozy house!!

The room: -spacious with 2 closets, one is a large walk in closet that can easily fit a dresser (it has built in storage racks too) -shared bathroom (but there are 2 other 1/2 baths) -there are 3 bedrooms on the upstairs floor including my own and one is a furnished guest room -central AC and radiator heat meaning its always the perfect temp year round!! -utilities including WiFi, compost, electric, gas, water area all included

Myself and my mini dachshund dog. I am an early thirties professional, work often, don’t drink much or use drugs etc or smoke, ok well sometimes I do a lil, active, love to bike & hike, do creative things like journaling and art, travel a lot, sometimes have people over, garden, cook often as I’m vegan. I own my own business so my hours are random. My dog is so sweet and I am very protective over him so tenant must be responsible with dogs and like them lol.

Open to a 6mos or 1yr lease, in no rush as I want to find the perfect fit for my chill environment - my house is my oasis
