I am a 60 year old working professional male looking for a clean and responsible roommate. About me: I am a single father of 4 who all currently live outside the home. I work Monday through Friday as a sales associate. I enjoy watching sports and BBQing on the weekends as well as fishing on the Two Lakes just a minute walk from the house. I am sober but don’t mind if you drink responsibly. I do vape inside but do not allow any smoking indoors. I am a very easygoing person and would like the same in a roommate. About the room and amenities: The room is average size with a closet. Your own full bath is down the hall from your room. There is a decent sized back yard with a grill. You would have full use of the kitchen and living room. I have fast WiFi with multiple TV and Movie apps on the big flat screen in the living room. This is more or less a retirement community, but has some younger families as well. You would be provided a guest pass that would allow you to play on the 18 Hole Golf Course free of charge. You would also have access to a large community pool and jacuzzi. The guest pass also allows you to use the community gym right down the road. There are also two lakes with boat launches within minutes of my house. . Please be clean and pick up after yourself. Split Electric & Gas Heavy drinkers and smokers don’t need to reply.
