About the room
I’m renting a 1 bedroom fully furnished room in the quiet and safe city of San Gabriel. I’ve lived here for 4 years and have always liked it here.
You are welcome to share the full bathroom and laundry room with us. The room comes with a TV, Amazon fire stick, desk, night stand, closet with hangers, mini fridge, hot water kettle, AC/fan, free wifi and daily cleanings. There is free parking on the street and overnight parking is ok. There is no street sweeping so you can park any time.
Any pet will be considered 🙂
Asking for $1400 first months rent for immediate move in and to take the room offline.
About the roomies
Laura 30 and Eileen 5 live in the apartment with their hamster Remmy.
Cousins Natasha 31 and Cris 32 are visiting while they remodel their travel trailer that they live in full time with their two wonderful doggos Ranger and Ganja.
