No other people in the property. This would be your own space! However, my apartments technically don’t do subleasing BUT they do allow me to add you to my lease for the rest of my lease. So on paper it will look like we are roommates and we will both be responsible for the apartment until July 31. After that you can choose to renew for yourself.
