Midtown on 1st 1 mile from the U of A campus and 10 minutes from Downtown Tucson!

This unit is a four-bedroom apartment, with two shared bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room. The complex has community laundry rooms, a gym, pools, and hot tubs. All bills are included, and extra fees may be formed during lease signing. (if you have any questions let me know) still not sure about the security deposit so ignore that!

There are two girls and one boy living in the home already. we are looking for someone to fill our fourth room. We like to keep our home picked up, We are super chill, communicative, and honestly just trying to live.
