House is within walking distance of the Rutgers College Avenue campus. Buccleuch Park is also very close to the property.

The room on the front side of the house also has private access to the attic. Both the attic and basement are almost entirely empty, and provide plenty of additional storage space for tenants.

Property includes a full bath upstairs and a half bath downstairs, as well as access to a kitchen with a microwave, stove, oven, two refrigerators (one regular, one mini), and a dishwasher. There is also a living room downstairs with a TV. A washer and dryer will be added to the basement soon.

Both rooms use window A/C units.

Property only has a small driveway, but off street parking is plentiful.

Rent is $800 per month for each room, including internet and utilities. No pets allowed.

Student tenants greatly preferred.
