Patricia's room

This two-story, 3 BR/2.5 BA house is located in Renton, just a couple of miles from The Landing – great shopping, entertainment, and plenty of restaurants. There is also a small, fenced-in back yard with a covered deck and lounge furniture. (Now that summer is here, the deck is a GREAT space!) One parking space is included.

The available bedroom is 9.5’ x 13’ with a double closet and a window overlooking the front driveway. The room is fully carpeted. There is a separate, private bathroom – that would be all yours. The bedroom and bathroom are on the second floor of the house. The washer and dryer are also on the second floor.

What else? The first floor is an open floor plan: living room, dining room, and kitchen, with a separate powder room. These spaces are all furnished – we could share or, if you have your own furnishings, we can mix them in!

I have currently been using “your” bedroom as an exercise room. That equipment is now in the garage and you would be welcome to use it, if you’re so inclined. There’s a treadmill, a stationary bike, The Mirror, and room for another yoga mat.

I am a professional and spend part of my time working from home. I am relatively new to Washington – I relocated here in May 2020 (just at the start of the pandemic – ugh!). I tend to do a lot of outdoor activities year round – kayaking, cycling, hiking, camping, etc. I am vaxxed twice and boostered three times.

I also have two very friendly dogs. If you were to move in, you’d have to like dogs. To them, you’d be a novelty at first, but they’d quickly get used to you. If you’re interested in the room, I’d likely setup a “Meet & Greet” with you and them to make sure it would work.
