Room can be furnished or unfurnished! Decent size room with full closet, large private bathroom. Originally set up for an exchange student so desk, queen bed, dresser available but I can also store. Large backyard, above ground pool in the summer months. House is ~1800 sq ft, 2 separate living rooms, off street parking. Near Tatum Ridge, Desert Ridge, Cave Creek, Carefree, Phoenix, N Scottsdale.

I’m a working professional and a full time solo parent of one child, so this is not a party house, or live in boyfriend situation. I have a super sweet German shepherd so must be okay with dogs. Single occupancy only. No drugs, no pets, no smoking/vaping. Must be in school or working, or basically have a life outside of the home. I will consider a night shifter but I cannot promise a quiet house with a 7yr old child.. I’m a clean freak and hope to rent to the same!
