Basement room in a townhouse in Aurora I’m looking to find a tenant for.  Ive been living here for the last year but am going to be moving and need someone to take over my share of the lease (1 year remaining). Its with a man and a woman in their early 30s, the guy is in pilot school and the woman works as a catering event coordinator. They’re pretty clean, non-smokers, and are usually quiet. You would have the whole finished basement to yourself and the other roommates live on the 2nd floor. The basement is actually quite nice, large, and fully finished, with ducted heat and AC, and in the course of a year I’ve only seen a single bug. Theres a half bathroom right by the top of the basement stairs that would be yours, and then you’d share a full bath with one other person. Also has in-unit washer and dryer and a fully fitted kitchen. The other roommates will occasionally need to access the laundry room in the basement, but Ive left behind some room dividers that can be set up to create privacy. The rest of the house is furnished via the roommates, and I’ve left a wardrobe in the basement to make up for the lack of a closet. Rent would be $650 plus electric split 3 ways, and move in would be as soon as you’d like (Im already moved out). The landlord is independent, not a big property manager, and she’s actually pretty good at responding to any issues.

They are a laid back brother and sister who are both working or in school, tidy but not fanatical. Both non-smokers and social drinkers. The brother is in pilot school and the sister is an events coordinator at a local restaurant.
