The kids are gone and I didn’t want to sell, so i decided to rent an extra room or 2 in my 5600 sq. ft. 5 BR , 5 BTH contemporary rancher on 6 acres at the top of a mountain in Chester. 1 room is available with private en-suite bath. The room is fully furnished and opens into a large den with a big den with a large screen tv and a Sonos sound system. Youll have access w/access to whole house with gym, sauna, laundry, elevator, pool room, 7 car garage w/electric car charger, Comcast cable and high speed internet, pool and hot tub. 5 Minutes from Main Street, chester and to restaurants, stores, food and anything else you need. 20 minutes to train. Walking distance to parks and hiking trails.

I am an empty nester who works from home and Im a live and let live type of person. I’ll respect your privacy. My only request is that you respect the home, my things, and simply clean up after yourself. I have 2 little dogs, Louie and Chanel. Both are great with kids, but Louie is not so great with other animals. He will coexist as long as the other animal leaves him alone. I spend the winter months in Florida.
