1 room available in 3 bed unit, first floor of a triple decker house in Jamaica Plain. 1 year lease September 2022-September 2023. In unit washer/dryer and new gas stove. A spare guest room/storage room. Lots of closet space and basement storage. Outdoor back patio w/ communal grill and outdoor furniture. Refinished hard wood floors and charming features such as fireplace mantels. Right off of Centre St in JP near great restaurants and walking distance to Whole Foods. 3 min walk to the 39 bus, 8 min walk to the Stony Brook Orange line T stop. Internet and utilities not included in rent. One roommate has a friendly cat, but it does not get along well with other pets. So, no more pets in the apartment please! Street parking available, no dedicated spot. Utilities not included, internet is $25/month per person. Electric/gas/water utility bill fluctuates $50-$150(winter)/month per person. Most furniture seen here will be moving out along with my roommate, but I intend to keep the same aesthetic/vibe since this is my style! That being said, I am in need of communal furniture: a couch, tv, kitchen ware, etc. is welcome if you have it. I’m a 26 yr old female, working from home as a graphic designer. I love a clean and well designed space and appreciate others that contribute equally to the upkeep of the house. I’m looking for some likeminded roommates similar in age (mid to late twenties preferred, no undergrads please!) and lifestyle. I do keep to myself sometimes, but also would like friendly/sociable roommates that all get along for a comfortable living environment. I’m happy to communicate needs and expectations and hope my roommates can do the same!
