About the room
Welcome to your new home!
This spacious bedroom is fully furnished in a great location near 635/80/30E. The room is equipped with a walk-in closet, full-size bed, nightstand, dresser, lounge chair, small desk and full-length mirror. We’re located right across from East Town Mall and a short distance from White Rock lake and downtown Dallas, so you have easy access to everything you need.
The cost is a flat rate that includes all bills, including a cleaning woman who periodically comes in and cleans the house. There’s plenty of street parking and you would have access to a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom with towels and linens and a W/D.
About the roomies
We’re two professional women who are early to bed early to rise, quiet and friendly people. Looking for a third young woman to share our house :-)
