Non-master bedroom available, with private restroom (non-shared). 4 bedroom, 3 full bath house, split-level, conveniently located near lots of restaurants and supply stores. Note, the room pictured is not the room for rent, but is an exact replica, in regards to dimensions. The room pictured is currently used as storage. No couples or pets allowed. Deposit is one month’s rent ($800) and will be due to hold the room. Tenant will reacquire deposit upon moveout, pending no damages to the property. Utilities are rolled into the rent, so rent fee includes everything.

It’s just me living here at the moment. The room for rent is downstairs and you would have your own bathroom and privacy. I work in the office 3 days a week, and work from home 2. Just looking for someone who is clean, quiet, and doesn’t have alcohol or drug problems, as I’ve had issues with that with tenants in the past. I’m easy going and also like my privacy, so you don’t have to worry about me bothering you. I’m a gamer and chill out doing that after work most nights.
