Home is brand new remodeled, you’ll be one of the first to live in it! All brand new stainless steel appliances, 2300 sq. ft., 2 car garage, 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, half finished basement, back porch over looking Layton, and backyard with fire pit and patio. Bedroom will have views of the mountains, a closet, and private bathroom. Utilities will be split in half. The house has close access to Highway 89, I-15, and shopping.

I currently live here alone. I’m looking for a roommate to rent a room and be friendly/hangout with. I’m not looking for someone to just come and go but more so a friendly atmosphere. Ages 18-28 preferred. I commute 30 mins to and from work and workout 6 days a week. On the weekends I ski, hike, swim, camp, shoot, drive my truck through the mountains, and anything basically outdoors.
