My roommates are moving out since they bought a house, and I’m sublease the master bedroom of the house. The current lease ends at October 22, and we will need to renew the lease by then. The master bedroom has a big private bathroom. You will share with the common areas with me.

About the house: 2-story, Detached Single Family Home.

Rental Requirements:

• 6 months lease minimum
• split utilities.(gas, electricity, water, trash, rental insurance and internet)
• No smoking, no pets(sorry, already has a dog in the house), no Section 8.
• Require good credit, good references, proof of job/income, background check. -Pet friendly. (There is a small dog in the house)

I’m a male professional who is working in tech, and I have a friendly dog in house as well as. Currently WFH still, and will go hiking, biking and climbing when free. Speak English and Chinese.
