It is a three bedroom house. There is also a small shared hot tub available. NO PETS.

The property is a very private and quiet 3/4 acre with a big meadow surrounded by trees, redwoods, oaks, bays, maples, madrones, etc.
We are in Lompico canyon 6 miles north of Felton. It is a 30 min drive to Santa Cruz. There is no public transportation. You must have a car.
