Looking for a 21-30 year old male roommate for a 2 bedroom 1 bath house in Dogtown starting July 1st.-Aug 1st. $700/month (plus utilities). Dishwasher/Dryer/Laundry in-house. The room would be the purple room which has been repainted earth tone green (updating pictures soon). All wood flooring has been refinished/stained dark walnut (updating pictures soon). I’m pretty laidback, all about respect, clean. I’d just ask for someone who is respectful in cleaning up after themselves. I work in the film industry, love to kayak, and just about any type of music.
