Coronado Parkway North

Hello! I have a private bedroom with a shared bath available now in my second floor townhouse in South Thornton near 84th and Washington. Both I-25 and US-36 are quickly accessible, and there are many stores and restaurants nearby as well. There is a park across the street, and the Adams County Trail System is within walking distance. Parking is unassigned but plentiful. The room is approximately 9’x9’ with a standard closet, has a window AC unit installed for your comfort, and is unfurnished. All of the common areas are furnished. There is little room for more furniture in common areas, but I am open to discussion on what you may have to bring to see what we can figure out! I would prefer a male roommate, but I am open to a female roommate if the fit is right. I would prefer no pets, as the space is not particularly pet friendly, however I am open to discussion on this as well.

My name is Cameron, I am a 28 year old Mechanical Engineer (how original, I know). I grew up in Kansas, but I have lived in Colorado for over 10 years now. I work a typical 9-5 style schedule, and tend to hang out at home watching TV, playing video games, and cooking after work, though I also enjoy being active and getting out of the house as well. Some of the activities I enjoy include riding my bike, going to the gym, snowboarding, camping, or hitting a brewery with friends. Mutual respect for each other’s space and privacy is important to me, and I value open conversation to make living with other people as painless as possible. At the end of the day, I am looking for someone that respects my space, and appreciates my respect of yours, and that I can live with amicably.
