About the room
This is a shared room meaning there is another girl also living in the room. Since we already have most furniture it is almost fully furnished. :) The room is a master bedroom so it is big and spacious. Bathrooms are 1.5 so you will have your own toilet but will share the shower. Electricity is an additional ~15 to 20 a month. Parking is also available for an additional $60 a month for a covered space, if not there is also street parking! This lease will be from August 1st-August 31st.
