Looking to rent one bedroom in my two bedroom apartment. All utilities included (water, gas, electric and wi-fi). Move in September 1st for year-long lease. Owner occupied, but whoever moves in should consider the place their home as well. Overnight guests and partners are absolutely welcome within reason but no couple occupancy (only seeking one roommate).

Bedroom is a good size 12 x 13 with a nice closet, 2 huge windows with a lot of light and also blackout blinds. unfurnished but have a spare bedframe. Plenty of room for desk, wardrobe, TV, yoga mat, giant stuffed animal, karate trophies, etc.

Apartment is on the third floor with a huge living room and large kitchen and bathroom. The space is really interesting with cathedral 9-15 foot ceilings. Also has a large storage space that a previous tenant finished into a funny little sound studio that I am tentatively calling my ukulele den. Washer and dryer in the basement, dishwasher in the kitchen. AC unit for bedroom use. I have parking space for two off-street tandem spots that can be maneuvered without having to switch up if parked well but almost constant off-street is also available barring snow emergencies. 10 minute walk to Commuter Rail, 15 minute walk to heart of Salem. Close enough to get anywhere in Salem/Danvers/Peabody without having to be stuck in October traffic (except the usual). Fire stick connected tv on living room with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon prime, Disney+.

Looking for first month and last month’s rent. Background check also. No fees or security deposit.

34yr old dude, 10+ years as an arts educator, current Grad student for Mental Health Counseling and Public Administration.
