Hello! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in this beautiful, spacious room and large private bathroom. The apartment is a 3bed/3bed in the Fruitdale Station Apartments. It is a 5 minute drive to downtown San Jose and located really close to the VTA rail station. There are also bus stops located at a 5 minute walking distance. The apartment itself is 2 stories and includes laundries. The apartment complex has a very large pool/hot tub, gym, game room, and areas to walk around. There are also multiple parks, hikes, and trails at a walking distance from the apartment. Parking is also included with no additional charge in a really safe underground garage.

The current roommates are very respectful and clean individuals that respect the shared space. Roommate #1: A woman in her 40s that is really clean and mindful of the apartment. Roommate #2: A woman in her early 30s that works with children as a speech pathologist. She is also really easygoing and respectful.
