3 bedroom 2 and a half bath home with 3 floors (including a finished basement with a bathroom and shower). Only a couple minutes drive to I87 exit 16. The rent includes heat, electricity, internet, trash removal and a home phone if you don’t have great cell service. I own multiple refrigerators so you would have a fridge all to yourself. You would also have your own bathroom and shower in the basement.

I am recently separated and have a lot of extra room. I am a 45 year old father of one. My daughter is 5 years old and stays with me every other week. On the weeks I have my daughter 4 of those days she is gone from 8am until 730 pm while I am at work. I am extremely low maintenance and easy going.
