Looking for a roommate to fill a 2nd Floor Bedroom in my (26F) home that I share with another 26F male.

Room is available for immediate move-in. Utilities and internet are to be split 3 ways.

Spacious bedroom with a sunroom/closet area. The shared bathroom is closest to your room. Huge kitchen and living room.

12-month lease can be flexible depending on your current situation.

We have two cats, so no more animals.

I am 26 and working in Marketing at a firm in Towson, MD. My hours are usually 9am-5pm and I work from home on Fridays, and some mornings. I really enjoy going to concerts, listening to music, and spending time with my boyfriend, friends and family.

Mac is a 26-year-old musician who works from home full-time in the basement. He is usually in and out of the house playing gigs or at band practice.

We’re both friendly, clean, laid-back individuals who are usually in and out of the house. We both like to cook and catch up on each other’s weeks in the kitchen or hang out in the living room together. We are very respectful of each other’s space and keep shared areas clean.

Looking for someone who is in their 20s/30s who works an opposite schedule or wouldn’t mind working out a bathroom schedule. I only need the bathroom for 20ish minutes from 6:30-7am.

Gender is not an issue! Just hoping we share some of the same values/morals.
