Hello! My roommate and I are two working professionals in our early 30’s looking for a mature and responsible third roommate to join our lease. We share a 4bed/3bath house located near Drake and Shields. The room available is the master bedroom which has a private bath.

Rent is $710. Utilities are not included and are typically around $100. 1st and a $617 security deposit due at move-in. The room is available now and we’re looking to find someone by September 1st. You will need to provide a copy of your credit report with your application to the landlord to be approved.

There is one dog in the house and we’d prefer not to have any additional pets but would consider making an exception on a case-by case basis. No smoking in the house, 420 friendly and LGBTQ+ friendly.

I work remotely from home and my roommate Max works at a local brewery. We’re both pretty easy going and enjoy going out to breweries, seeing shows at the Comedy Fort, hiking, fishing, curling (the ice sport), and enjoying some live music around the city. Pretty standard FoCo stuff.
