We are looking for a vaccinated, non-smoker, neat person to rent one bedroom in our 4 bedroom house (furnished OR unfurnished, your choice). We would like someone who works out of the home and is a light kitchen user. Although the lease is month to month, we prefer someone who plans on staying at least a year. We are located in a safe, quiet neighborhood that is within walking distance to Mission Trails Regional Park, 4 miles to SDSU, and 15 miles to the coast. There is no public transportation close by. The rent is $800 per month, utilities included, and a $500 refundable security deposit. The house has WiFi, central air-conditioning, a washer/dryer, and a monthly house cleaner. This standard-size bedroom has a large closet, and the large shared bathroom has 2 sinks, a bathtub, and a shower. Our other tenant is a super nice, respectful guy. You will share a full-size refrigerator with him and have your own pantry space. There is also a shared den by the room with a mini frig, table, chairs, and microwave. We will check references and complete a thorough background check. Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets. Email if you have questions, or if you’d like to schedule a time to meet and see the house.
