Private room, shared bathroom in a beautiful 3-Bed 2-Bath house located 3 miles from the HB Downtown/pier, close (walking distance) to restaurants & shopping centers, a huge quiet and peaceful backyard that feels like a little nature sanctuary in the middle of the city. The room can be furnished or unfurnished, whichever you prefer.

I am a single mother of one 11-year old son. We are the only people living in the home. I have a stable income as a professional Operations Manager for an Engineering Firm and I am just looking for someone that might want to rent our spare room. We are friendly, stable, drama-free & very clean. No parties, drinking, smoking, drugs. We have dogs but are not able to accept any additional dogs due to HB city regulations. No cats. Caged animals can be considered.
