Large private bedroom, with walk in closet and private bathroom. Amenities and utilities included in rent. 300Mbs internet, plus water and electric included in rent. The room currently has two single beds, as seen in the picture, but one or both can be removed. The bathroom is attached to the bedroom, completely private. Walk in closet has a few items in it, like vacuum cleaner, but is mostly empty. I keep a very nice and tidy living/dining/kitchen area (as shown in pictures), and expect roommate to help me keep it that way!

I’m easy going, Christian, professional with 18-year career, clean and tidy, and I enjoy good conversation over a drink (or three). I also love to travel.
