Looking for a dependable roommate to share my third bedroom (currently a play room) for $600. I have my 6 yo son 50% of the time. You’d have your own bathroom, your own bedroom and closet. Shared utilities. Laundry in unit. You’d be register on the lease. Access to our gym and pool. Great neighborhood in old New Castle. Kids are okay, cats are okay. No dogs.
