Property is located near a Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods,Walmart, small shopping center, and public transit. Right off 80, so its super easy to just hop on the highway.
Housemates include a Male in his 20s who works as a school counselor, a quiet & usually to themselves Female (rarely see/hear her & usually sticks to herself). Lastly, the master bedroom is also for rent for $975/month but they will have access to their own bathroom and is on the other side of the home. (total of 4 people in the house including you).
