10’x12’ room with a queen bed and dresser with mirror & small nightstand with lamp included. Shared bathroom, on site parking, access to kitchen and living room, WiFi, Gas Stove, AC. House is a 4 bed 2 bath, so 3 people (including you) will be sharing a bathroom. No washer/dryer access, but a laundry mat is located within a 10 minute walking distance/3 min driving distance. Property is located near a Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods,Walmart, small shopping center, and public transit. Right off 80, so its super easy to just hop on the highway.

Housemates include a Male in his 20s who works as a school counselor, a quiet & usually to themselves Female (rarely see/hear her & usually sticks to herself). Lastly, a male in his 30s is in the master bedroom who has his own bathroom and is on the other side of the home. (total of 4 people in the house including you).
