Gilpin Street

The house is a brand new build, two stories, in the Rino/Five Points neighborhood close to the 38th and Blake light rail station and is really nice! We’ve got 3 bedrooms/3 baths plus an office. The way it’s configured now, the office and extra bedroom are shared as a work space and guest bedroom/workout room, but we’re open to reconfiguring however it makes sense! We’ve also got a small fenced in back yard with a patio we haven’t set up yet. The common areas of the house are furnished but your room is not. There is lots of extra storage in case we need to rearrange things! We’ve got in home laundry and you will have a private bathroom. The house is rented through a property management company, and we’re looking for someone to take over our roommate’s spot when he moves in with his girlfriend between July and August.

My girlfriend, Marisa, and I currently share the house with a 3rd roommate who is moving out between July and August. We’re looking for someone social with whom we would get along to take his spot. Marisa is a Colorado native and I’m originally from Florida, but have been living in Denver for the last few years. We’re big college football fans, especially where Washington State and FSU are concerned. We love to cook and share that with family and friends. We will often host a game night, and would love for you to bring friends around as well. We like going to shows, and the house is walking distance to Mission Ballroom, so when going to see a concert there we’ll often have friends get together here beforehand. We both work normal business hours and tend to keep busy during the week. Marisa volunteers in the evenings, and I’m pursuing my MBA.
